HR doesn’t need fixing

But how it shows up in business does…

Most HR professionals aren’t lacking capability.

They’re being overlooked, brought in too late or not taken seriously in the conversations that really matter.

Whilst it’s easy to blame the business, a lot of this comes down to how HR is positioned, how it communicates its value and how confidently it shows up.

That’s the work I do.

What I actually do

I help HR professionals and leadership teams move away from outdated perceptions of HR and into something far more commercially credible, influential and effective.

Sometimes that’s through developing individuals who know they’re capable of more, but aren’t being seen that way yet.

Sometimes it’s working with HR teams or businesses who want HR to operate at a different level, but aren’t quite sure how to get there.

Sometimes it’s about creating spaces where honest conversations can happen about what’s really going on in HR.
